Plant Room With so much equipment. Steve allowed for a plant room. This was a good decision by Steve as it looks as if it might get to be quite full. Currently the expected contents is: Ground Source Heat Pump Separate water tank/Buffer Pressure tank for water borehole supply Central Vacuum unit Water softener (?) Electrical Consumer Unit (the three phase mains electricity will be routed to the Garden Store with a supply provided from there to the Plant Room). The Heat Recovery Ventilation Unit may be placed in the plant room or the loft.
