Solar Panels and PV Panels

Kerry Durrant of Green Home Energy Solutions has provided our solar panels (for hot water) and photo voltaic (pv) panels for electricity generation. PV panels generate Direct Current (DC) that is fed through an inverter to convert it o alternating current (AC current is what we normally use in houses etc) electricity that is then fed into our consumer unit. We either use it or it is fed back to the National Grid. We are paid for each unit generated and we either use it or export it to the National Grid and get paid a little bit more.
